The Rally 2 Jacket is meticulously designed and crafted for touring and adventure enthusiasts, ensuring that you can travel through different climates or countries without being hindered by rain or cold.
Let’s start with the outer layer of the jacket, constructed from 500D Nylon with a PU coating for water repellency. For added protection during heavy rainfall, the jacket features a waterproof Tricot TPU seam-sealed membrane that hangs inside the outer shell (drop liner), keeping you completely dry. This method of construction provides an exceptional level of comfort on those long days on the road or trail.
When temperatures drop, just put on the removable 3 layer laminated softshell liner. It will keep you warm and dry, serving as a versatile standalone piece you can wear even when you’re not on the motorcycle.

D3O® LP1 COMPACT CE Level 1 shoulders and elbows. Viper level 1 size M for the back.
FABRIC:
- Outer fabric constructed from 500D Nylon with a PU coating for water repellency.
- Waterproof Tricot TPU seam-sealed drop liner that hangs inside the outer shell, rated WP5000mm and MVP 8000mm. The combination of a highly water repellent outer fabric and the TPU drop liner provides an extremely effective waterproof barrier without compromising on comfort.
- Fixed 3D Mesh lining for comfort, 100% polyester, 110 GSM.
- Elbow reinforcement with SUEDE pigskin leather, that makes the garment even more wear resistant.
- Protector pockets with 3D MESH 100% polyester 250 GSM. Breathable for optimal comfort.
ADJUSTMENT AND FEATURES:
- Central opening with Antique Copper YKK zipper
- Waist and lower arm with velcro strap and plastic buckle to adjust
- Cuffs with snap button and Velcro to adjust
- Lower side zips to allow adjustment and increased freedom of movement

CLIMATE REGULATION:
- Detachable softshell liner.
- Ventilation system on sleeves, with breathable lining mesh. Fastened with a double rack plastic zipper.
